The TRIO project aims to develop a concerted upskilling pathway to improve health, digital and data literacy for citizens in 3 different age-ranges (18-35; 36-50; 51+), promoting adult education through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity building.

BOKtech Main Role and Tasks
BOKtech is the partner that will lead all of the Romanian events, desk search and consultation and will have a strong role in co-leading and supporting PR1, namely contributing to the data literacy contents of the Manual and PR2 in the human-computer interaction of the platform.

TRIO presentetion at the 12th IUHPE European Conference
June 17-18, 2024 - Lodz (Poland)
BOKtech will present TRIO project Research Results at the 12th IUHPE European Conference on Health Promotion

The 12th IUHPE European Conference on Health Promotion will be held on June 17-18, 2024, in Lodz, Poland, having the theme “Health Promotion: Cultivating Change through the Lifespan”. The main target is to gather researcher together to assess the existing knowledge and practices in health promotion, emphasizing upcoming challenges, and contributing to setting the agenda for advancing the field.
On behalf of BOKtech Otilia Kocsis will attend the conference and will disseminate TRIO project research results by giving:
(1) A poster presentation concerning the exploratory approach employed in TRIO project to identify digital, health and data literacy and learning needs in Romania, and
(2) An oral presentation describing the bottom-up approach of TRIO project to co-design an online digital health learning platform together with the end-users in Romania
We are looking forward for this great opportunity to share and learn more about best practices in the field of health promotion!



3nd TRIO Transnational Meeting
October 24-25, 2023 - Frankfurt (Germany)
The third Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ TRIO project took place in Frankfurt (Germany) on October 24-25, 2023.
TRIO project partners meet in Frankfurt, Germany to discuss the results and progress made so far by the project. After the completion of the first round of co-creation workshops in all 5 countries (Portugal, Spain, The Nederland, Romania and Germany), the consortium has proceeded with the implementation work of the beta version of the TRIO platform, curriculum and toolkit for adult education trainers. The training modules are being developed taking into account the preferences and needs of the 3 age groups of users.

2nd TRIO Transnational Meeting
May 10-11, 2023 - Yecla (Spain)
The second Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ TRIO project took place in Yecla (Spain) on May 10-11, 2023.
TRIO project partners meet in Yecla, Spain to discuss the results and progress made so far by the project. The first round of co-creation workshops has now been completed in all 5 countries (Portugal, Spain, The Nederland, Romania and Germany) and the consortium is analysing the outcomes in order to prioritize the implementation work of the TRIO platform, curriculum and toolkit for adult education trainers. The national reports of the co-creation workshops provide also excellent feedback in regard to the design and gamification elements of the platform.

TRIO Co-creation Workshop in Romania
February 11, 2023 - Iasi (Romania)
BOKtech organized the PR2 Co-creation Workshop of the Erasmus+ TRIO project in Iasi (Romania) on the 11th of February, 2023.
Otilia Kocsis, the local coordinator of TRIO project activities in Romania, started the Co-creation Workshop activities with a short introduction of the project motivation and objectives, an overview of the activities implemented in the 1st year and a summary of the desk research regarding the Romanian context in regard to digital, health and data literacy.
During the workshop, the participants from the 3 target groups of the TRIO project (18-35, 36-50, 50+) worked together with the facilitators to apply the co-creation methodology in order to establish the implementation priorities for the TRIO Educational Platform. The participants had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback, observations and suggestions in regard to the educational content and functionality (e.g. information format, gamification choices), which will support the prioritization and personalization of the TRIO Education Platform functionality.
It was a successful day, with lots of learning and interesting activities for both sides, the participants and the facilitators of the TRIO Co-Creation Workshop in Iasi, Romania. We are looking forward for the next step, aiming at keeping in the loop the end users in the future activities of the project.

1st Transnational TRIO project meeting
October 26-27, 2022 - Gouda (The Netherlands)
The first Transnational Project Meeting of TRIO project took place in Gouda (The Netherlands) on the 26 and 27th October.
On the first day, the meeting started with a warm reception by the host, Willeke Van Staalduinen from AFEdemy. An intense afternoon of work followed, starting with a discussion of the project management, the evaluation of the planned and performed sharing and promotion activities, the findings from the desk research and interviews to finalize the National reports for the work package PR1 and, last but not least, a sneak preview on the Manual. The second day, the project partners discussed the work plan for the activities that will take place in the context of work packages PR2 and PR3, and the meeting was closed with a very interesting and informative presentation by Wanda Prins regarding the adult learning activities that are taking place at the Gouda Public Library (Taalhuis).
